Meet Korina

Founder of The Cofounder.

Korina’s background spans high-performance product environments — from consumer brands to automotive and aerospace.

She previously worked across complex product programs collaborating with partners including Porsche, Hyundai, Koenigsegg, Aston Martin, Ferrari and Mercedes-AMG. Earlier in her career she was also involved in advanced aerospace programs at Lilium and Airbus Defence & Space.

Alongside this, Korina founded Croatear — a consumer wellness and beauty concept exploring the intersection of product, brand and everyday rituals.

These experiences shaped how she approaches products: where engineering, design, brand and strategy must move together for something meaningful to exist in the market.

Today, through The Cofounder, Korina works with founders and teams to bring structure to ambitious products — turning ideas into clear product direction, aligned teams and scalable execution.
